  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

  • Processing times may increase during high-volume releases, holidays, or promotions.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

 

 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

 

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

  • Free U.S. shipping may be offered on orders $50+ when advertised.

  • Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order has shipped, not when it is placed.

 

 

 

 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

 

 

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to activate.

We ship using major carriers such as:

  • FedEx

 


Carrier selection depends on destination, package size, and cost efficiency.

 

 

 

Delays

 


Limiting Factor Training is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

 

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather

  • Incorrect address information

  • Events outside our control

 


Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

 

 

 

Incorrect Addresses

 


Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

 

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Returned packages due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to reship.

If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item and packaging

 


Approved cases will be reviewed for replacement or store credit at our discretion.
